Biography

Erika Wentzel is a partner at Flesner Wentzel. During law school, Erika completed programs in Employment Law, Taxation, and International Law. Erika studied international law in Innsbruck, Madrid, and the Hague. During law school, Erika interned in the human resources department of the Saint Louis Zoo. After law school, Erika volunteered full time for Legal Services of Eastern Missouri as a consumer protection attorney. Erika initially practiced primarily in the areas of consumer protection and estate planning but she has also been working on family law cases since she graduated from Saint Louis University Law School in 2011. Erika is licensed in both Missouri and Illinois. Erika has handled hundreds of family law and consumer protection cases to completion. Erika is not afraid to advocate for her clients and does what needs to be done to accomplish their goals.

Free Consultation We offer free thirty minute phone consultations related to all of our practice areas except landlord tenant. If you believe that you are going to move forward with the case, we will set you up for a one hour in-office consultation and if you move forward, there will be no charge for the first hour of your in-office meeting. Landlord Tenant Consultations are $100.00 for a 30-minute consultation due to the large number of requests that we receive in this area and needing additional staff to
