Joseph Maternowski is a shareholder at the Hessian & McKasy firm in Minneapolis practicing in the areas of environmental, real estate and business law. Joe began his legal career in the Minnesota Attorney General's Office where he represented the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. Joe focuses his private practice on environmental matters arising in real estate and business transactions. Joe has extensive experience with site investigations and cleanups, vapor intrusion assessments, state Brownfields programs and with federal and state environmental agencies.
