Geri C Sjoquist

Geri C. Sjoquist brings her experience and insights as a certified guardian ad litem, Rule 114 qualified mediator, hearing officer, parenting time expeditor, parenting consultant and custody evaluator to her work as an attorney in the field of civil, family and elder or estate law. As a zealous advocate she assists individuals in resolving issues related to dissolution, co-parenting, property distribution and post-decree parenting concerns. She also assists clients with drafting wills, powers of attorney, health care directives, trusts, guardianships and conservatorships. Geri is licensed to practice before the Minnesota District (trial) Court. She is also licensed to practice before the Lower Sioux Tribal Court and the Prairie Island Tribal Court.
