I also advise individuals on estate planning and post-mortem estate administration. Typically this involves using a variety of trusts to (i) avoid or reduce estate taxes and (ii) provide for proper transfer and management of family wealth. I hold a Certificate of Completion in the areas of Probate and Estate Planning issued by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
