While there, he studied under Judge Fader the Author of the leading treatise on the subject “Maryland Family Law.’ Moving to Maryland Tim served as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Frederick county Circuit Court. A prestigious post because the circuit court decides all matters of custody, children and divorce in Maryland.
