Keith's tax experience provides clients with additional value in the form of tax advantaged structuring and implementation of accounting best practices. Keith has years of experience in the real estate industry extending back to when he worked at a regional law firm based out of Providence, RI, focusing his practice on private equity, tax equity, and real estate finance.
