I have practiced law in Kansas since 1995, and my primary area of focus is family law with emphasis on contested child custody proceedings. I have appeared in more than 50 different Kansas counties, and tried hundreds of cases to the Court. I have argued more than 30 appeals, and tried more than 20 jury trials. I completed trial advocacy and appellate advocacy training with the United States Department of Justice, and the mediation training for the State of Kansas. I have helped more than 500 clients with divorces, custody matters, paternity matters and adoptions.
