KENNETH A. ABRAHAM, RETIRED JUDGE Following 15 years of service as a judge, Ken has joined DiTommaso as a litigation consultant and a dispute resolution specialist heading DiTommaso's arbitration and mediation practices. Bringing his almost 40 years of experience as both an attorney and trial judge, Ken knows his way around the courtroom as well as techniques to aid clients in avoiding expensive and resource-draining litigation. Ken's philosophy is that litigation should be commenced only after thoroughly exploring all options, including arbitration and mediation.
