Craig Thrift

Mr. Robert Craig Thrift is a corporate/transactional, real estate, franchise/dealership, and licensing attorney. He has experience in M&A, securities, '33 and '34 Act compliance, startups, corporate governance, lending/credit, private equity, venture capital, real estate, dealership, resort development, professional licensing, and general corporate law. Prior to forming Thrift McLemore, Mr. Thrift worked as both a contractor and an employee of certain publicly and privately held timeshare/fractional real estate companies, was general counsel of a privately held recreational vehicle dealership group, and was an attorney with the international law firms of McDermott Will & Emery, King & Spalding and Jones Day. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Thrift was a financial analyst with Wachovia Securities (now Wells Fargo Securities). Mr. Thrift received his JD from Washington & Lee University School of Law and his BA in Business Management from the South Carolina Honors College. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Delta Phi.
