Joel H. Fredricks Esq.

Joel H. Fredricks is an attorney at Nitsche & Fredricks LLC practicing in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice and workers’ compensation. Joel was born in Wilmington, Delaware, and graduated from Newark High School. He attended the University of Delaware and received his law degree from Widener University School of Law in 2009. Prior to joining Nitsche & Fredricks LLC, Joel worked for a regional defense law firm where he represented insurance companies. As a result, Joel is aware of how insurance companies attempt to diminish the value of injury claims and can effectively advise his clients to achieve the appropriate compensation for their injuries.
