Eric L. Nesbitt is a Colorado real estate and business attorney who has been practicing law since 1991. He is licensed to practice as a business and real estate lawyer in both Colorado and Illinois. During his nearly 25-year legal career, he has focused on real estate and business law matters. He has represented clients on the most complex of real estate transactions, but he is equally comfortable representing clients on small residential transactions. In addition to being a real estate attorney, Mr. Nesbitt is a Colorado-licensed real estate broker and operates the commercial brokerage firm The Nesbitt Group (www.thenesbittgroup.com) with Keller Williams and KW Commercial. He is Past President of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR) and served as the 2006 Chairman of the Rocky Mountain Commercial Real Estate Expo and Fall Forecast. He was honored as the 2009 Commercial Realtor of the Year by DMCAR and the Denver Business Journal. He is treasurer of the Colorado Bar Association’s Solo and Small Firm Committee and a member of the Real Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association.
