Justie Dee Nicol

Nicol Gersch Petterson is a criminal defense and family law firm operating throughout much of Colorado and covering all major metro areas (and some rural areas too!). Justie is in the criminal division of NGP along with Jennifer Gersch, but is also the firm visionary. Justie Nicol is an experienced attorney practicing for years in Colorado and Idaho in many areas of law, but particularly criminal defense (juvenile, felony, misdemeanor, traffic, DUI/DWAI, domestic violence, etc.). Justie worked most recently as a Deputy District Attorney in Arapahoe, Douglas, Elbert and Lincoln Counties. Justie's experience ranges from workers' compensation claims to bankruptcy, tax, and class-action lawsuits. Justie also practices throughout most of Northeastern Colorado, and will travel to clients to help them. Justie is a modest-means attorney, and has flexible payment arrangements.
