Dr. Roz Maiorino is a dual trained medical doctor/attorney with over 9 years of experience in providing corporations with general counsel legal services relating to corporate life cycle, including advising on corporate formation, employment agreements, employment termination, sales or service contracts, licensing agreements, partnership agreements, and corporate dissolution. As a former patent examiner with the Unites States Patent and Trademark Office, Dr. Maiorino has over 5 years of experience in prosecuting and examining patent applications in the fields of medical devices and surgical equipment.
