Biography

Adina Helena Rosenfeld is an attorney admitted to practice in California, she has wide-ranging experience in the area of family law. Her practice focuses on complex child custody disputes, including move-away cases, domestic violence, parental alienation, child visitation and divorce matters. Ms. Rosenfeld works to keep the best interest of the children in mind and ensures that her clients are informed at every stage of the process. She is dedicated to professional excellence reassuring her clients by developing a comprehensive plan of action. She is settlement oriented; however, she is equally adept at litigation. Clients appreciate her attention to detail, as she gives sound reasonable advice, laying out the realities of various choices. Ms. Rosenfeld speaks fluent German as well as conversational Polish, Hebrew, and Italian, allowing her to communicate with clients from a wide variety of backgrounds. She has had an interest in world-wide legal traditions and has published a law review article on the comparative rules of international evidence. This interest, along with her European background, has given her a deeper understanding of the Hague Convention and the civil aspects of child abduction. Prior to joining Feinberg & Waller, Ms. Rosenfeld clerked with Levitt & Quinn Family Law Center, a nonprofit family law center, through a Loyola Law School fellowship. She conducted intake of clients, drafted family law and adoption pleadings, participated in client consultations, and assisted attorneys with discovery, motions, and trial preparations. Since the beginning of her involvement in the legal field, Ms. Rosenfeld has advocated consistently and effectively for the rights of those in need. While in law school, she was involved in organizations such as the Women's Lawyer's Association and the Jewish Law Students Association and acted as a legal extern for Loyola Law School's Project for the Innocent.
