In that time, Mr. Anderson prosecuted over 2,000 felony and misdemeanor defendants, and first-chaired 45 jury trials. Mr. Anderson is an experienced litigator, with a proven track record and over 2,500 hours of in-court experience. While in law school, Mr. Anderson also clerked for Senator Jon Kyl in Washington DC, and for the Civil Division of the Pima County Attorney’s Office where he worked on property variances and tax valuations, easements, eminent domain, and environmental issues.
