Edward Thomas Oglesby

He has extensive litigation experience as both a plaintiff and defense counsel in the areas of personal injury, product liability, insurance coverage disputes, construction, contract and general litigation matters. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association Litigation Section and practices primarily in the commercial litigation field. He has repeatedly been named one of the top Attorney's in Little Rock, in Arkansas and has also been named a Mid-South Super Lawyer. He has formerly represented several Fortune 500 companies, insurance companies, construction companies, and a national proprietary trade school in its insurance, tort and contract claims matters including student health sciences training agreements. He is the former President of the Judge Henry Woods Inn of Court and serves as a two term Board Member of the Arkansas Bar Foundation Board of Trustees.
